Report a Lost or Stolen Card

For Lost or Stolen Debit Cards:

During banking hours, customers can contact anyone in Deposit Services. Also all CSR’s and Branch Managers can key debit card maintenance to report a lost or stolen card. After banking hours, customers can report their debit card as lost or stolen by dialing 403-2000. The operator will instruct the customer to follow the prompts to cancel their card.

*Note- this will only cancel your debit card. It will not automatically order the customer a new card. To request a new card, please contact a bank representative (by phone or in person) to request that a new debit card be ordered. Customers may also call our toll free number 888-282-4030 after hours and follow the prompts to cancel their card.

For Lost or Stolen Credit Cards:

To report a credit card as lost or stolen, customers should call 1-800-423-7503.
