Use your Central Virginia Bank debit/ATM card anywhere you see the Star^®, Cirrus^®, Visa^® or Plus^® logos.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Cards (Return to Top)

Should your ever need to replace your Debit/ATM card for any reason, simply contact the nearest Central Virginia Bank branch. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to work with you in obtaining a new card. A discretionary fee of $7.00 may be required for replacement of a Debit/ATM card.

Changing PINS (Return To Top)

The security of your personal accounts is a high priority at Central Virginia Bank. If, at any time, you feel that changing the PIN for your Debit/ATM card would be beneficial, just come into one of our convenient branch locations. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you immediately change the PIN on your card.

Fees (Return To Top)

There are no fees for using your Central Virginia Bank Debit/ATM card at any CVB owned ATM machines. If you choose to use your card at an ATM not operated by Central Virginia Bank, a $1.00 fee will be charged. In addition, the owner of the ATM you are using may charge an additional fee, at their discretion. A fee is not charged for using your Debit/ATM card to purchase goods at a retail location, even if cash back is requested.
