Position: Full-Time Retail Branch Manager

Location: Wellesley

Hours: 8:45 AM & 6:15 PM Monday – Friday and every other Saturday morning at Main Office.

Brief Description:

Responsible for retail business development and overall management of our Wellesley branch in Richmond.  As business development officer will be responsible for branch deposit & loan growth through active business development and community involvement.  Accountable for effective management of the branch: ensuring proficient daily branch operations; hiring, developing, motivating and evaluating staff; monitoring branch security and compliance; and ensuring exceptional customer service.  Will also serve as a branch lending officer.  We require a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in all aspects of the position, including: solid bank management experience at the retail branch manager level; small business & consumer lending experience; and a proven track record of successful branch-level business development.  Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.


Position: Full-Time CSR/Teller

Hours: Varying schedule between hours of 8:45 AM & 6:15 PM Monday – Friday and every other Saturday morning at Main Office.

Brief Description:

The CSR plays a vital role in retail development of the branch and assists management in the day-to-day operation of the branch to ensure quality service, efficiency, and profitability.  The position is responsible for providing a full range of banking services to customers with an emphasis on discussing and recommending ways to service their personal financial needs.  This includes taking loan applications, the selling and servicing of varied deposit accounts including personal and business accounts, Savings Bonds, IRA’s, Certificates of Deposits, safe deposit box, etc.  The incumbent will assist manager in the opening and closing of the branch and must be flexible in accommodating the needs of the branch.

The Teller is responsible for servicing the customer’s needs by handling paying/receiving transactions and making referrals/selling bank services and products.  In general, the teller is required to support the needs of the customer, branch, and bank, performing these duties in a friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and accurate manner.  Teller incumbents work both the drive-in window and branch lobby.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years’ Teller experience, with a good settlement record
  • Minimum of three years’ CSR experience, with successful referral/sales & customer service experience


Position: Full-Time CSR/Teller

Brief Description:

Full-time position providing Teller and Customer Service coverage and floats between the all the branch offices.  Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 year previous retail branch Teller and/or CSR experience in a commercial or savings bank, a stable work history, and be a team player with highly effective communication, customer service, and cash handling skills. Able to generate & develop new customer relationships and to cross-sell bank products & services. Plus, pay attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy, professional image, good basic computer skills, and the ability to read & comprehend written materials also required.  Must be flexible to meet varied branch needs, and available to work varied hours between 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM Monday – Friday, plus 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM every other Saturday morning.


Position: Full-Time CSR / Teller / Vault Position

Location: Bellgrade

Hours: 8:45 AM & 6:00 PM Monday – Friday, plus 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM every other Saturday morning at our Brandermill Branch.

Brief Description:

Position is both a CSR/Teller and also performs as the branch’s Vault Teller.  Incumbent is responsible for identifying the needs of our customers, effectively presenting Bank products and services, and servicing the customer’s needs in a timely and accurate manner.  In general, the incumbent’s role may vary on a daily basis and is determined by the needs of the branch.  The incumbent must support the customer and perform their duties in a friendly, courteous, professional and attentive manner.  The primary responsibility will be as the branch’s CSR, but will float between the platform and the teller line as needed. When serving as a Teller, incumbent will work both the drive-in window and branch lobby.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Requires CSR and Teller experience in a commercial/savings bank with a track record of good sales and a sound operational and settlement record; prefers 2 years of  CSR experience and at least 1 year as a Teller

Position: Part-Time Teller

Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday, plus 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM every other Saturday morning at our Cumberland Branch.

Part-time position providing Teller coverage at our Bellgrade branch in Midlothian.  Responsible for handling paying/receiving transactions and selling bank services & products, supporting the needs of the customer and the branch in a professional and courteous manner.  Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1 year previous retail branch Teller experience in a commercial or savings bank, a stable work history, and be a team player with highly effective communication, customer service, and cash handling skills.  Attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, professional image, good basic computer skills, and the ability to read & comprehend written materials also required.    Must be flexible to meet varied branch needs & available to work 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, plus 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM every other Saturday morning at our Cumberland Branch.


Position: Full-Time Teller

Hours: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday, plus 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM every other Saturday morning.

Position is responsible for servicing the customer’s needs by handling paying /receiving transactions and selling of bank services and products.  In general, the teller is required to support the needs of the customer and branch and to perform those duties in a friendly, courteous, professional, and attentive manner.  Teller incumbent will work both the drive-in window and branch lobby and will serve as the branch’s Vault Teller as well.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year previous branch teller experience in a commercial or savings bank, with a good settlement record.
